Since not many people here dare to be bearish, I'll try to balance things up a bit Not that I want it to happen, but winning here would make the sight of crappy price action a bit sweeter. $6350 for me please.

Mate can I still join here?
I have noticed that Bitcoin price was in a stable range at 6k plus last few months ago.
Here is my guess but hopefully it will raise up more than I expected.
$8877
Thanks.

John McAfee told me to short at that price, and his words are Gold. A prediction backed by his private area.

My guess is that you need a hat! I clearly missed something here No meaning beyond following themes.. of getting pants taken from several members, and then another member asserting that he would eat his hat, which contributed to thereafter hat momentum leading to likely hat bubble, at some point. Roach hasn't requested a hat, YET.
Do you have a link to where this t hat all started? I need one too! I've been looking for a personal avatar for a while now, but I'm not artistic enough to make one. RIGHT ON THIS PAGE ONE QUESTION FROM HAIRY ........ AND SUDDENLY XhomerX STARTED A HAT MANIA https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.428040I believe that the making of the hats started from the mid-October series of posts; however, I believe that some of the hat discussion was inspired from 1) HairyMclairy's assertion that he would eat his hat (which was more than a year ago.. can't recall exactly), 2) BlindMayor (which is now seemingly channeled through Rosewater Foundation) asserting that there would be some benefits for WO participants to give up their pants to BM (which was around the time of the Bcash forkening - I believe after the forkening, perhaps?), and of course, some ongoing playing on the clothing and hat themes with 3) Micpeep frequently posting his various bitcoin related hats (including the bear and bullhats) that seemed to had caused some envy (bitcoin related bull/bear hats were being posted by micpeep for the past 6 months or so).

1) Self-Custody is a right. There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted." 2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized. 3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Don't mean to be harsh in my tone, but there is hardly any lacking in bearish bitcoin sentiment, so even though your bet might be prudent in terms of nearing the most bearish prediction that you can make in a bullish poll, don't try to imply that you have some kind of bearish innovation or that you are in the bearish minority... which is truly far from the current market sentiment whether you are referring to this thread, this forum or the BTC market sentiment overall. In other words, you are likely in the majority, while trying to proclaim minority status... get real. Since not many people here dare to be bearish, I'll try to balance things up a bit Not that I want it to happen, but winning here would make the sight of crappy price action a bit sweeter. $6350 for me please. read the thread ATH PRICE, from the release of this TOPIC till 11 december 23.59 CET 6350 would already BE A LOSE I stand by my above comments to darkangel11, except correcting for micpeep's clarification statement (for some reason I had read darkangel11 as predicting the lowest possible high price, something like $6,450 (or at least somewhere around the current lowest ATH possible prediction (which would still be a feasible win).

I wanted to pick the lowest price on the list and went too far, sorry. Btw, according to charts the low on Bitstamp at the time when you posted this thread was 6412, but 6400 prediction was allowed. The low of the day on the 24th was 6385. I'm interested in what the lowest pickable low is in this game because that would be my guess.

Everyone is crazy, not quite understanding how the price can skyrocket so much, in such a short time. But this is how it works, when demand increases the price goes to the moon.
