You could try with low-quality exchanges such as YoBit or you can go with decentralized exchanges, they tend to list for free.

You could always target Binance since they are now listing without any fees but since you're not willing that much in the first place, I'm going to assume that your ICO didn't go as expected or this is a simple fork from another coin so they may not take your request seriously.

There are a lot of criteria that should be met before listing. It's not really about paying them, It's about the reputation of the platform and the safety of users as well.

Binance would even list your coin for free if its really something useful and has real use case.

I'm not sure if those services that are offering to list a coin to an exchange with specific amount are legit. Why not just approach those exchanges directly so you will know on what are the possible exchanges that you can place that token?

Hi Everyone!
I would like to know which exchange platforms support listing fee < 0.5 BTC
I came from the RingMusic project

Based on this information (I do not know if the same rates still remain and if it's really true, but assuming it's true) your option would be:

bitfex.trade: 0.15 BTC

coinhouse.eu, nlexch.com, coinscontrol.com: 0.25 BTC

stocks.exchange: 0.5 BTC

All depend on exchanges, their popularity and trading volume. Some exchanges do not charge any amount, they list cryptocurrencies on their own decision. Others charge from 0.05 to 45 BTC. Examples, March-2018:

bitfex.trade: 0.15 BTC;

coinhouse.eu, nlexch.com, coinscontrol.com: 0.25 BTC;

stocks.exchange: 0.5 BTC;

cryptowolf.eu: 1 BTC;

tradesatoshi.com: 1.5 BTC;

bitflip.li: 3 BTC;

coinexchange.io: 4 BTC;

changenow.io: 10 BTC;

hitbtc: 45 BTC.

Note. Higher listing fee does not guarantee better exchange service.

Something made me curious, you are going to start an ICO and you are asking this question? This sounds really suspicious.

Because selling tokens is not as easy as it was initially.
