The problem that solve by Bitcoin is the intermediary of the government and the banks. More efficient and cheap cost of transaction and transparency of the transaction where everybody can check the transaction in the Blockchain.

I don't think every transaction of Bitcoin is cheaper then we use Western Union my friend, it's just because every Bitcoin transaction is totally untrackable so no one will tax you those moneys and ask you where is it from.

One of the most interesting problem I believed bitcoin has solved in the world is that you can transfer money to anybody round the globe without presence of third party and the transaction are not traceable since it operates in a decentralized platform. Also there's no tax involved all like banks transactions with lots of tax and only operate on weekly bases why bitcoin transactions can be carried out any time of you choice.
