As many of you do not know, Cryptsy has been holding over 60% of ADT for the last 3 months. I could see them holding the coins for protection, but 3 MONTHS!?

Over a week ago Zackclark70 successfully swapped over all other ADT onto a new blockchain and BTCLTC and BTC-CC exchanges have also swapped onto the new blockchain and all transactions run smoothly. The process to swap onto a new blockchain would take Cryptsy under 24 hours to do but instead of giving people access to their coins (which totals more than 500k USD) they decide to add all new coins to Cryptsy.

I am giving Cryptsy 7 days to either swap onto the New Blockchain and start trading or give me access to my coins so I can pull them out of your crooked exchange. I have contacted my lawyers and started the drafts on the paperwork of legal proceedings, if in 7 days I do not have access to my coins I will go ahead with the lawsuit and begin filing complaints to the FTC to get Cryptsy shut down.

Cryptsy I know you are part of these forums so you have until March 14th.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

but he got his money back.
Read a few articles and it seem cryptsy holding coins until they hit rock bottom seems to have happened a few times already and you can even called that a crime so cryptsy better watch out as you have an angry community on your neck ready to start making a move.

Do you have a leg to stand on considering that crypto-currencies are not federally covered?

its nothing to do with crypto it is simply fair trade they are holding onto people's belongings that is not theirs. I should add "forcefully holding when they could easily release them to their rightful owners".

I would be willing to bet the police would be called as soon as anyone knocked on the door and mentioned ADT

I placed three withdrawal requests totaling ~280 million CENT on Feb 9th and, to this day, I still haven't received my coins. I've been going back and forth with support this entire time. They started by saying that their wallet was "under maintenance" and I would receive my coins as soon as that was complete. Now they're insisting that my withdrawals have been processed, but I can assure you that I have not received them and the TrxID numbers they gave me still don't show up in the CENT blockchain (which means they haven't left the cryptsy system). As of now, I haven't heard from them in the last eleven days which is the last time they posted a response to my ticket. Opportunities to sell these coins are passing me by and they are seemingly doing nothing to resolve my issue.

On a related note... Over the past few months, I've noticed some strange goings on at cryptsy via certain complaints that people are making about them that lead me to believe that they may have become insolvent and are just trying to cover their asses.

"insolvent" probably not but their customer support is virtually non existent as you can see how they handled the ADT drama and when they simply reset cryptsy point after some internal upgrades I have lost ALL of my point I gathered over a long period of time was worth quite a bit they did not even reply to my request ever. That is cryptsy support for you. Very sad.
