Red Alert is a fast-paced game featuring a token exchange combined with a unique card game and 1-Hour Alert periods.

The Token Exchange has 20% Buy-in Fees and a 20% sell tax.   The Fees and Taxes are distributed to other
players as dividends.   A portion of the Buy-in Fees is distributed to holders of Bunker Cards.

Bunker Cards automatically increase in price by 25% whenever they are bought.   The holder of the card receives
their orginal purchase price plus 45% of the gain on the card.  The rest of the gain is distributed to other card
holders and back to the Exchange token holders.

Bunker Cards contain a Half-life feature which reduces the price of the card by 3% whenever it is activated.  The holder of
the card receives a portion of the Insurance account associated with their card when a Half-life event occurs.   The Insurance
acount builds up from contributions from the Token Exchange and Bunker Card transactions.   The Half-life feature is used to
maintain action in the game and prevent players from getting stuck holding cards.

Red Alert 1-Hour Red Alert periods occur every 8 hours.   Normal Half-Life period is 5 hours.  During the Red Alert periods this
is reduced to 25 mins.    Red Alert periods are initially scheduled for 00:00 UTC, 08:00 UTC, and 16:00 UTC each day.

Red Alert launches October 23 at 23:00 UTC.

There's only one Red Alert and that's the original Command & Conquer by Westwood studios Tongue
Aren't you going to have trouble with possible copyright issues here?

There would be no copy right issues with this one even though he uses up the red-alert name but this is just an another BUNKER CARD GAME plus having an option to buy their own token REDS which do have
ridiculous 20% deduction on both deposits and withdrawals.Does it sound good? and also the website color red design do burn my eyes and it looks like a school project.

This does, indeed look like a school project. Have you ever heard of bootstrap or learned basic CSS? Maybe the backend is okay, but the visuals are horrific.
