The project is well thought through its idea, attractive rewards. My question is: Do you have any assurance that these amounts will be paid by the project team? Is there an escrow or something like this? I ask this information because there have been many cases where it has not been paid what promised. Thanks
"We are allocating 350ETH + 5M $ worth of IOVO tokens for the following bounty activities."
IOVO is risking with it's reputation. The money already poured into this project is many many times bigger than these rewards. If you read the whitepaper you can see how much thought has been put into this, every little detail is thought through. Work on it started over 1.5 year ago back in 2017 February. Also look at the team and advisory board, there are some notable names. Plus take a look at the events IOVO has hosted. So there is no point of throwing all that hard work and already millions of dollars away for 350 ETH and IOVO tokens. I hope this answered your concerns.
When promises are made in ETH but can not be guaranteed, that means there is no certainty. The amount in ETH should be transferred to a bounty manager escrow.
I have seen many crypto projects with unpaid promises. If they are so honest, they should make sure they provide concrete guarantees.
About tokens the details seem to me more unclear. The promised $ 5 million are not found in tokens alllocation. See here that I gave details:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4509519.msg47305360#msg47305360 I personally have no trust in this way. I'm waiting for a reaction in the sense of making an escrow in ETH sum on irfan as a bounty manager. Good luck.
Thanks.
Bountyportals have successfully managed a project that promised to pay in ETH and it was delivered and paid. I am sure this won't be an exception. I think any doubts you have are genuine but you can look at the reputation of the campaign manager also to reduce your doubts.
If you are talking about MetaHash you are right but, there is HowDoo issue where the payment was complete mess. No ETH received from that campaign. Founder didn't know about ETH bounty when I have asked about it either. I mean he must have forgot. Anyway he paid me in uDoo for those ETH and in ICO price. HowDoo was a complete disappointment for me.
I hope we won't have such problems with this bounty.
