Of course there are plenty of advantages to use BTC. Accept eveywhere, low fees, simplicity but what is also for me the best advantage is not the use itself but the idea. There are so many reasons why we should use
It has various applications and qualities as an efficient payment option.

People rather choose to merely own bitcoin and Hodl it for it's profit potential, without actively putting it to use. And merchants who accept bitcoin payment use processors so, it is similar to accepting fiat payment.
Admittedly it's just a few years in and adoption has been growing and should continue to grow.
But, we need more active participation of BTC holders.
