Hello, I am part of a team in Uganda that has been interested in blockchain and cryptocurrency for sometime. We have secured a location with free electricity and are only paying 50$ per month for the space. We are looking for investors to buy or host ASICs in our location. We can start small scale with atleast 5 machines before the end of 2018 and build up from there in 2019.
The machines we are aiming for are the Innosilicon A9 Zmaster to mine Equihash coins and GPU rigs to mine RVN.

Total capital we are collecting in the start phase is $30,000.
We shall collect $300,000 after 6 months of operations.
Mode of payment for our investors: We can do private transactions with investors or We can issue mining share tokens on the WAVES DEX.
Weekly, % Mined coins will be changed to BTC and used to pay back or buy back the Mining share tokens from the DEX.
Buyback Transaction will be broadcast in Telegram group or under this thread.

What kind of guarantees are you going to put in place to assure investors that you're not going to run away with the investments.
I mean, it's pretty weird that you just made a new account on this forum and immediately ask for such a big investment.

Would you invest in something like this personally? Red flags all over the place...

Naturally, one would feel that way.
We have been on bitcointalk.org for sometime without signing up as it was one of the best places to get good information and advice from the bitcoin community as far as trading and mining are concerned. So we have been patient about issues like creating account.
We present it that way because of the nature of the operation.
In Uganda, we run under a digital prepaid electricity system called YAKA. Buy points represented as Kwh onto your meter and then use. We found a way around that and mining is the best way to exploit such a loophole in the system.
We ask for such an amount because we can use that amount to start small in a reasonable time frame for anticipated returns.
We are happy to receive 1 or 2 individuals onboard.
Thank you.
