Have you tried to contact their email support? It might be a bug or the site server might be slow that is why you haven't receive any 2fa code.

Try to contact them here https://www.coinpayments.net/contact and tell them about your issue.

yes contacted at once
just wanted to get faster reply from forum members, to figure out is it major issue or not
average online support answer usually takes 3 days or not have response at all

today 2FA was working (thanks god?) and no response from support ofcourse
very many coins under maintenance too, SYS , CPS , ETH etc
