We prepare for the launch of the Defi project in 2020
I have a google search and know them: Listing Help: https://listing.help/
They said they would help me in the exchange listing, but I would have to pay in advance.
Has anyone used their service?
Is this a scam?

Why need to pay since there are exchange on that list do really have free of charge? This is simply indicates a scam website and also why not directly go to the exchange itself to list your token? If theres a fee then you can pay directly rather than on asking help to someone which doesnt really have the capability to help you out.You are just typically making yourself to get scammed. So please avoid this one.
