The year 2018 is about to close and yet we are still looking, hoping and even praying for some "miracle" to happen to market that can induce the dreamed bull run we all are wishing for! Some people have already resigned to the idea that maybe it will never happen this year but in the next or 2019 though some are also saying that there are still many days left for this year -- who knows what can be?

I am then wondering: if the so-called bull run will not be happening within this year  do you think we can be facing a gloomy 2019 or will there be an otherwise reaction to it? What do you think...gloom or boom?

Dude, it's not like a bull in 2017 this year. That's why we have to adjust ourselves to this worst-case scenario. But hopes for 2019 are more than fresh. The crypto money sector wants very strong patience and detailed research. We'il wait and see what happens.

Nevermind the year s yet to be over and we still have 2 months left. It could be like 2017 where in Nov - Dec show the action of all time high and so in this year as well even if we see some 50% of the bull run we should be set for the next year. So all hopes still alive.

The so-called bull run will NOT happen this year. I think it is time for you and all of us to accept that. We should have accepted it months ago,,, but of course people are used to things happening so quickly in just a few months so they thought, maybe bull run is delayed. But mind you, in 2 months left of this year, the crypto market can also dive just as easily as it can climb.

Also,,, even if bull run happens now, the best it can do is recover to levels of 50% of the peak. This means BTC 10k and ETH $650. That for me is best case scenario, which will not happen this year.

The market has been in stagnation for a number of months now, this period can't go on forever and is normally followed by some bullish movement instead of bearish. Of course history is not a fully accurate guide of what will happen in the future. When the good days return it will be 10% increases over a week or two instead of over a day for the first number of months, the market will need to build up momentum again.

I think that if there is no growth this year and at the beginning of 2019, the growth can begin according to the usual scenario in the spring of 2019.

Booming 2019 that's my opinion if no bull run for this year.

No matter how bad the market for this year, I'm keeping optimistic with the possible outcome of the next year. We will not be always on the dip and having not so broad experience but still accountable one, all I say is bulls would come as long as we've been through a big dip.

I don't think there will be either gloom or boom. The market has gone sideways for a long time and there is no sign of any major pump. The bakkt might kickstart the bull run but the ETF's are not going to be approved for a long time

If there is no growth in the value of cryptocurrencies in 2018, then you will need to wait about six months. This is due to the fact that the negative mood in the market is not so fast to change to positive. This takes time.

There's nothing much to hope for in this year because the market of this is late for any bull run to occur and if any bull run happen now it will lead to another correction because manipulation will be involve which could also cause some gloomy in the year 2019.

We need to be patient and wait. No one knows when the boom will start. Until the end of the year, another 2 months and the growth of the crypto market can begin at any time. Maybe another scenario and the growth of the crypto market, we will not see this year.

Maybe there will be no darkness, but the fact that intensive growth should not be expected for sure. Therefore, all investors should understand that they will not compensate all the losses for the year, and forecasts of returning to the previous level are possible only by the end of next year.

Anything can happen in the cryptocurrency market. The two months to end the year can bring a surprice to the market by turning things around for good. Since the market has been stable for sometime now, it is possible for it to broom in the coming days before 2019

Sec already rejected ETF a couple of times isn't it enough for you to think that there will be no ETF this year but i am currently watching on the news of Bakkt if there will be some good news from them this year.
Just relax already if you do have a problem with the market it is just a normal cycle in the market and nothing to get serious about it.

In December we get Bakkt and NASDAQ. This doesn't necessarily mean boom but it certainly means we're not in gloom. These exchanges are the foundation we need for the explosion of institutional investment, and it's oh so close.

I think there is a chance of good run in december again this year but im not sure how big it will be, most probably market will go down more first then it will bounce back quickly in december and we may see some sort of reversal from there but personally i do not expect big bulls considering the last 10 months of market situation.

Adjusting and expecting a worse case and best case scenario is what I think should a crypto users, investor and trader must have since this market is very unpredictable and the market can really have low points like what we have right now so being ready is a good trait to have since you will not always stress yourself in the situation the market is in.
