This one is I think already abandoned project. Don't shell out money here. Seems pointless. There are a lot of similar projects though.

Lets not jump the gun with conclusions. Github has seen maintenance dont u recall, and it could be as though the commits have not been able to reach the repository during the period of database overhaul. Nice thing is that the coin firmly holds its ground, implying theres a steadiness in its inner environment which could be a prospect for moving it to the higher ranking in the market cap hierarchy.
