What you need to do is group your Portfolios based on tokens utility, then time of hodl long term short term or for swing trade. That way you know when to sell your tokens and when to hodl.

I would keep holding all the coins until the new bullrun starts. During bullrun any of your coins will grow and if you don't need any coins you will be able to exchange them for ETH or BTC. But in any case, you should learn more about your coins to determine which of them are promising, and from which it is necessary to get rid of.

I've come to realise that there are so many shitcoin in the cryptocurrency space and these shitcoin are basically altcoin. Several altcoin derived from airdrops and bounties are turning to shitcoin. The best way for managing the situation is to convert your altcoin to ethereum or bitcoin and hold only altcoin that have a realistic chance of getting high return in the future. Only few altcoin are worth holding.

I have over a hundred different Altcoins, some I bought in ICO, some from Airdrop and bounty and some I bought from exchanges and selfdrop.

My problem is that I have an issue managing them, whether to sell some and keep some, but I don't even know the ones to sell and the ones to HODL, and they keep turning into shit, a help will be appreciated buddies
In a bear market naturally all the coins will fall and you will seem that all the coins and you should get rid of , but I wouldn't advise doing this if you got from the bounty and airdrop these coins , forget it for a year and a year bound to be growth

I also have same issues. Most of the coins I have from bounty tasks. Since now almost every project is asking to use their specific(partner) wallet to receive bounty rewards, my altcoins are stored in different places(and down the line I am not sure if I can keep track of all or them). Also these coins are not listed to a good exchange or a single exchange where I can collate all those to one platform and do sell or trade.
However, I would like to hold all my assets until I get very good returns. My investment goal will be for long term and will be watching market all the time and meanwhile collecting more altcoins.
Lets see which will be next bitcoin Smiley

It is difficult to manage assets when the red market is like now, always following the latest updates and news is important because many coins continue to drop and are worthless.

if that happens to me then I will sell that has value and swaps into the form of bitcoin or ethereum, and examine one by one whether or not it has value. maybe you can check your erc20 address in deltabalances if the token has become trash you can just throw it away or save it as a memory.

Try and read about the varrious projects.  Do some research so as to know which is worth holding and which is worth selling off. Aome projects have good use case and a great future you can hold those ones and sell of the ones without a clear head way

It actually there is the right time to buy and the right time to sell. If you are a knowledgeable investor, you know already what is the best for us. Of course, we should kept those coins that have potential and sell those who did not. We just do some play with the market and only chances to make gains is to take advantage of every pumps they made. It is just basic, do buy and sell.

I do not know the types of altcoins that your holding. There will be some shit coins included by all means, so watch wisely, hold the potential ones, you can determine those ones by every pumps they made, hold them and wait till price increased in multiple sell and profit. Dump those shit ones they are worthless.

If the purse is about 40-50 coins, then of course it is difficult to track them , I think it is better to buy up to 10 coins and trade them , to give you an idea what will happen to them in the near future as your direction will be directed on this coin

in my opinion we need to study every project from the tokens or coins that we have, I'm sure after we learn them one by one we will be able to make the determination of the next direction, and this is what I do.

I advise you, if you can't decide, sell half of the coins what you have. I hope you have not lost too much money. Then you should wait until the market recovers itself.

It would be better to sell less quantity ones. Others should be investigated one-by-one. Maybe the amount is too, but you should try not to lose.

I am sure OP still waits for good news before selling his crypto bags. No matter how strong token you have it will be worthless in a bear market.

You have to buy yourself agenda and write down everything date to date. I am working in this way with my +600 different coins. I always take notes about, ICO finish days, (if the project haven't finishes), distribution dates, swap dates (if they have) and exchange arriving days. Otherwise you can't manage your coins and you would skip something and it would make you loose.

We must, things around those projects that will help us to understand the directions will bring more advantage as we will be able to cast our position and make it profitable in the long run, this journey around this industry needs to be more wiser to act in any particular movements, with good knowledge we will be able to decide what will be the best for our investment.

Is better sell all of them and use the money to buy 2 or 3 different coin that has strong fundamental and already have partnership with others party because that coin has more potential  to raise.

It is good to study every project if we be an investor like what OP said. But if for airdrops and bounties, it is better to join all of them if we can, even it have value or not. Because actually, if me, i will join every bounty that i can join because some bounty and airdrops not limit people to join other bounty like signature campaign.

Just one way how to manage our altcoin asset by checking every time how bitcoin price, when bitcoin is growing up you have sell your altcoin asset and keep holding your altcoin when bitcoin still on lower price.
