Help! Want to create alt coin for my web site users

I want to create alt coin for my website users.
How I want it to work.
1) User register to the website
2) He gets his wallet on the site with 50 conies in it.
3) later they may use these coins to purchase my site services.
4) At last I want to register it with stocks.

Any developer interested please reply.
