TrustNote is a distributed ledger technology and its development platform for the tokenized economy. TrustNote combines the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) ledger structure and Proof of Work (PoW) together to build a more scalable and more secured distributed ledger system.

Due to the complexity of the DAG technology, there are many challenges in the way of combining DAG and PoW all together, that is why TrustNote proposed a roadmap detailing the planned steps towards meeting the target.

For those who are interested, the major milestones its timelines are listed below:

• TrustNote 1.0 mainnet (mining not supported) - launched on January 2018
• TrustNote 2.0 testnet (alpha release with mining support) - launched on September 2018
• TrustNote 2.0 testnet (beta release) – scheduled to be released on December 2018
• TrustNote 2.0 mainnet – scheduled to go live by Q3 2019

Mining Rewards
The total mining reward on TrustNote mainnet will be 500 million MNs TTT, which is 50% of TrustNote’s total supply (1 billion MNs TTT).

Before Q3 2019, mining is only possible on the testnet, and the “TTT-test” tokens you mined on the testnet is not the same as the $TTT token that you can trade on the cryptocurrency markets.

But the good news is, to encourage miners participating the alpha testing and beta testing on the testnet, TrustNote will reward early miners with both $TTT tokens and $TFans tokens. Please check out our blog post for the latest mining rewards on offer.

TrustME Specification (TrustNote PoW Censensus scheme)
The following specification is a proposal to the community, TrustNote reserve the rights to change the specification prior to the launch of TrustNote 2.0 mainnet based on community feedbacks.

• Algorithm: Equihash
• Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 MNs (1 billion TTT)
• Total Supply for Mining: 500,000,000 MNs (500 million TTT)
• Deposit: 500,000 MNs (500 thousand TTT)
• Coinbase reward: 217.59 MNs for each consensus round in the first year, after which the coinbase reward decays year by year
• Division of coinbase rewards: 10% to TOP TFans token holders, 10% to the TrustNote foundation funds, 80% miners reward
• Consensus Round Time (Blocktime):  About 2.5 minute per round
• Total number of consensus round: 4,204,800 (20 years)
