Yes! Smiley There will be an STO. To participation in our STO you have to be whitelisted investors who meet SEC Reg S for non-US investors and SEC Reg. 506 (b) for US investors. The complete conditions of participation in the Security Token Offering (STO) will be sent to all successful whitelisted investors.

Hello. Does your system aim to control and distribute electricity, or will it in some way produce too?

Hello. FUERGY Device can be connected to a photovoltaic panel system (or any other renewable source of energy, but the PV is the most common), and store and trade the energy generated by this source. Since the energy is not uploaded into the grid right after it is generated but rather when the demand (and therefore the price) is high, it can significantly increase the ROI of such PV system. But it can also work without any renewable energy source - in this case, the system will recharge the battery when the price of energy is low, and discharge it (to the user or into the grid) when the price of energy is high. This can save the user a significant portion of his/her electricity bill.

U.S., a country full of opposites and contrasts. On one side of the country, California, a state that has made plans to be powered solely by renewables. On the other oil and gas-rich Ohio, a state second-to-last in terms of renewable energy production. Read our latest article on the new FUERGY blog page.
