When I'm stressed I usually spend my time eating and watching movies because I tend to not think about it too much. I also use my time in a more productive way by managing and monitoring my altcoin assets. When I get stress from works or in house I just sleep or sometime I do all my hobbies such as playing online games, sports, playing online and offline gambling. My favorite sports are swimming and basket and in online games I usually play League of Legends and in my favorite gambling games in online and offline are poker and blackjack.
I do the same because in that way I can relax myself and reduce stress, I also love playing different casino games especially slots. Aside from that I also read some books and listen to music.
There are different ways to relief ourselves from stress and I prefer playing on a gambling site because I was able to play different casino games. By the way listening to some calming music is a great idea too but now I just watch some movies which is really cool.

Well, when I am stress, I always get my laptop, open it and watch full season of an Anime. By that, I forget all my worries and stress. I also play guitar.

I love going up mountains and stay there for atleast 2days and night

I found peace in nature,sometimes i go with my wife or eldest son and if have lots of chances the whole family will come with me.

With that my stress in work and anything gone

Stress is not a simple thing that should be ignored. Stress could cause harm in individual especially on the mind, body and soul hence this should be paid more attention to it. You have a point but the thing is you don't need to put a huge amount of money to satisfy yourself or to relieve your stress, a small amount would be enough to enjoy your gameplay. The purpose of playing gambling is for entertainment not a sort of source of income. Usually when I experience stress, I decide to go on vacation to a place that has beautiful scenery and calm atmosphere.

What I've done when I got stressed is doing things that can separate my mind and make myself happy all the time. I usually listen to music which actually feels me better and others stuff.

I'm in much the same position as you, but I find it helps to detach myself completely from what is causing me the stress. Turn off your electric appliances and your mobile phone. Don't be afraid to be uncontactable for a while. Give your mind space and time to be calm. Go and lose yourself in nature - in the woods or the forest, or by the sea or near water as some have said, these are all immensely calming. In today's world, we don't give ourselves time for ourselves. We allow ourselves to be constantly distracted by phones, Facebook, and things that don't really matter, and we become overwhelmed. It's ok to do absolutely nothing sometimes and not tell the world about it. Try Yoga or meditation, find a local group who can help with this. Others have also mentioned aromatherapy oils, these are great for helping the mind to relax, try them!

Advice to go and have a cup of tea, or alcohol. or play games are well meaning, but when you are truly stressed none of these things help, even if you think they do. They are just a sticking plaster, holding together a much more serious wound and they might actually make things worse. To completely reset your mind, you need to take yourself fully out of your situation, which is causing the stress. Try my suggestions above, and if they don't help, go and find professional help. Find someone to talk to, not a friend or relative, someone who will listen without judgment. Maybe then you will find a way out of the darkness. I hope this helps, good luck.

Simple answer, calm down because that's the best thing someone could do in a stress situation. There is no point in overthinking things since this would complicate your situation even more. Calm down, analyze your problems and find a solution to solve it. Belive me, even if it's seems impossible to get through that situation, there always is a solution to every problem.
