Need a task for get merit??

Few days ago this forum add a another rule for rank up.I was got down from jr member to newbie but i have no complained for it. But i have a question why bitcoin forum add task for getting merit from dt member or other trusted member like as yahoo, .So Please add a competition or task where people join and fight for merit to d2 member.I hope it will be help for newbie this forum and also decrease fraud and scam but i am a girl so people can avoid my proposal.

Which tasks are you talking about? You have got 170 activity points at NONE of your postings was useful for any other member at this forum.
So the task is: write useful, helpful posts for others!

What does it matter who you are, girl or boy, we can’t even know this in principle.

But what about some tasks for receiving merit, in my opinion if some special system is introduced, it will start to kill the forum, everyone will start fighting for the task, someone will be the first, someone will not have time. DT has nothing to do with all this. All that is required is that you earn 1 merit to rank-up back to Jr. Member, although that you’ll be a poor goal to be satisfied with. So far, 23.670 forum members have received at least 1 sMerit, so there are that many examples of people around who have done so with a wide variety of styles and content.

Exceptionally, some forum members have created some threads in which they award merit for specific requirements at their discretion, normally for having a near to decent posting history, not really tasks as you place it.

Regardless, the key idea is to create content through your posts that could be awarded merit due to multiple criteria. Reporting social in nearly all your posts is going to go against merit always, so you will need to change your focus or stay meritless on this forum.

You are making things complicated and clearly you didn't get the whole picture.

Let's put it this way, changed your posting behaviour. It's fine to have a bounty reports on your post but at least you need to get out from that kind of behaviour. There are lots of threads where you can interact with our fellow people in the community. Post on topics, Post constructively, Share ideas etc. are some that you can do.

Think of a way how will you get merit without forcing yourself to do it. Think outside the box or much better if you will removed the box. Goodluck.

I try not to merit anyone who posts in the Altcoin Bounties section. I imagine nobody reviewing your post history would leave you a merit for that reason.

Did I missed something? What happened few days ago exactly? Because requirement to get 1 Merit to reach Jr. Member rank was implemented few months ago.
And seems that you don't know how Merit system works exactly. You probably confused Merit sources and DT members.
And about what tasks you're talking about. You just need to make good posts to get Merit. And not only Merit sources can give Merit. Even I can give Merit. But I wont do that. I don't see any reasons why I should give you Merit. Almost all of your posts are made in bounties section and it's clear that you came to Bitcointalk only for monetary reasons. You only need Merit and higher rank to get bigger stakes from bounties. It's very unlikely that you will get Merit, you need to change your attitude.

Is this just a coincidence? You suddenly stop posting those facebook/twitter links once Theymos implements the enhanced newbie restrictions. Must have hurt you a lot. With that said, I suggest you read everything here: Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements. There's no competition to get merit, as long as members find your post contributes or add something to the discussion then you will received your reward, but just from DT from lots of members here. The problem with bounty whores like you is that you totally overrun this forum with your spam so I doubt that you will get that 1 merit.

No competition or special task is needed. Everyone with half a brain should have figured out how to get merit and it is NOT by elaborate merit begging or "good" suggestions like this one. This merit hunt is getting absurd. I think probably 1 merit to become junior member is not enough. The requirement should be raised up to 5.

OP probably wants to find a way to earn a merit but is struggling now she suggests that merit sources should have some sort of contest where users compete for merits.

There are a lot of threads that already exist. You just have to read more threads to see them and avoid spending most of your time on doing bounties.

Ok, few days ago you're just good in posting your bounty reports and congesting the forum and here you are now trying to get a merit with your idea. While I don't think that there should be a competition on getting a merit since it's given to those who deserve and contributed something useful here.

Merit was created to spur members to contribute qualitatively and ranks members according to their interactions. It's not a direct reflection of cryptocurrency knowledge but it is to an extent.
It has no on forum use, but decides your stakes on bounty, and now with the one merit requirement if you can join a bounty at all.

Everyone wants to be appreciated and recognized.
Don't have the wrong perspective of the forum ranks.
Of course you can completely ignore merits and simply learn from others, but if you're going to contribute you would like it to relieve acceptance or be useful to someone and that is reflected in the merits it gets.

The only task to get merit is to make constructive and high quality post. There is no easy way to get merit but some members sell thier merit to earn which is not allowed here.

It is quite harsh to say that having no merit means that NONE of his posts was useful to anyone.
Average users don't have that many smerits to give. For example I have seen good, useful and unmerited posts, but could not give merit, because I had no smerits to give.

Mate your post is not clear actually what you want to express. If you need merit then your post must be informative and well presented as if people get some idea and information by your post. So merit will be given if your post carries enough constructive information and highly qualified.
