so recently I saw some of the forum members here posting about how he won 3.20 BTC on lightning rouelette , so I started searching on youtube about how this game works just to understand it a little in case I wanted to play it on the future
I saw this video from MikeTheMug - a guy who fools his followers with his (100%) working methods- but I'm not here to discuss how he misleads his followers
I want to talk about possible scam going on with this roulette

basically this game has the same rules of European roulette  but instead it has something similar to Jackpot games where you can win 500X of your bet
each spin the site picks 1-5 numbers where these numbers have 50-500x payout if they hit
so for example if the site pick 7-17-27 with X100 X100 X100 , then the ball lands on one of these numbers you will win 100X if you of course did bet on one of them
but if the ball comes on other numbers that aren't featured then the win will be 30X instead of the X36 that you get playing normal roulette

now I watched a lot of youtube videos about how casinos can scam with roulette using magnets but didn't give it much care since I never play live games

please watch and tell me your thoughts , I'm not certain if it's a scam or not and I never been to live casino cause there are none here
is it possible for the ball to do such moves normally ?

How can anyone in the forum tell by just watching the videos on youtube? I reckon there might not be 1 person in here who has the expansive casino work experience to rightfully give an opinion.

I have watched some of his videos about gambling, and I have tried some in Bitsler, but it's still not 100% sure. I'm surprised at how much traction he gained with his channel, when I was watching him, it was only about 50k views, now it's definitely a lot. It's like a clickbait in a way, but it works. In some of his videos, you could watch him say that it's not 100% and you should keep a restraint on your time and not gamble continuously.

Anyways, I have seen there in the video comment on around 5:37, it definitely jumped from one number to the other.
It's a scam for me, just basing on the videos and slow-mo of the scenario. Just play skill-based games in my opinion.

Hey I have seen you always talking about gambling and up for more debates and guides on it, so it's surprising you're ignoring the golden rules of gambling. The rules are if it's too good to be true, it's a scam, the amounts you have posted those casinos will go bust and that's practically impossible to sustain, I won't comment on his methods but I got a scam vibes, and vibes don't lie, you're a seasoned gambler buddy, if it was so simple to make money wouldn't all have done this, in my opinion you should ignore it, but if your experience tells you other wise do let us all know what happens ahead.

so I'm not like asking for "insider info " , just want to know if people in real life see such moves cause youtube comments made me feel like it's impossible to see this

I'm not sure what you are talking about , what is the too good to be true ? is it the payout ?? if so then no it's not too good to be true since these payouts are rare and the casino still making money ( maybe even more than the normal roulette )

I'm trying to know if it's possible for the roulette ball to do the moves it did in the video , cause as I stated I never been to a real casino before and the youtube comments there all were confirming that the ball moved wierdly

I already watched the video on that youtube, and I am not too understand about the game. But one thing that attracted me to think is he's got a lot of viewers which watching his video. I guess that with1,111,745 views on that video, he can make nice money on the ads and I think he can get more benefits by sharing his video. And if he won over $1380 in Bitcoin in minutes, then I can say that his luck is better than the other people and he deserves to get that money.

I saw a few of his other videos. I am surprised how many Likes that Roulette video has gotten. I think his channel became popular because he took a big risk going 50x a few months back on Bitmex and made alot of money in 1 video. It was like 8 hours long and apparently it was broadcasted live and he wanted everybody to do a shout-out basically saying "We are doing 50x live, tweet to all your friends" and I think people wanted to see how his trade would go and he got a bunch of followers that way.

He is by no means a large whale, his position initially was like 20,000 contracts of XBTUSD ($20000 USD position value) and then later he added and almost doubled his position to ($40000 USD).

I noticed that since the 2017 Crypto boom many people are going on Youtube and starting all these channels, I think depending on how many followers someone has, they can make more from Youtube than hodling Bitcoin.

I don't have the said experience at live casinos but I know that most of the casinos are not legit, there

Are a few and everyone knows who they are, they are popular here and have a long standing reputation

In the forum. live casinos use all sorts of cheating by rigging their games, most of the online casinos do the

Same if you don't know what you are supposed to look for, if some day you could find a provably fair casino

With the said roulette to actually give you those big wins then you should put them to the test by asking

Some experts on the matter of provably fair, there are some people dedicating their time to help out others

By determining if a casino is truly legit or not. in another post I was talking about the same issue with the

Terms like jackpot and lottery, jackpot is like what you said in your post mate, you would play as normal

But only when you hit a number which they have already told you if that number is hit you'd win big.

Roulette is more like the dice game, both of them depend on the luck, in dice for example if the house

Tells you that if you hit any of the following numbers you could win 60x or 100x, numbers like 7 17 27

In a roulette game it's just the same. provably fair dice or roulette is not a scam if you could find one

To play with similar odds mate.

Anyone in the forum can tell you any story of anything hehehe.

In any case, it is not necessary to cheat the game by controlling the roullete ball. The amounts for bets and rewards for wins in each number, square or color on the table are already made efficiently to assure the advantage of the casino.

Honestly, there is a lot of stories that you can tell, the most common in here now is the story of the ICO. "Good Project" lol.

In any case, it is not necessary to cheat the game by controlling the roullete ball. The amounts for bets and rewards for wins in each number, square or color on the table are already made efficiently to assure the advantage of the casino.
I have searched how casinos cheat or something and they used magnets. Probably that's what happened in the video. We will never know how you could be assured anymore in playing in casinos unless you are playing skill-based games.

Here is the link https://www.roulettephysics.com/casino-roulette-wheel-magnets/

I don't know it's very difficult to tell just from watching the video.
It definitely does look kinda fishy to me, as though it sometimes kinda sticks to certain numbers.

Everyone in the comment section seems to think it's a scam, not that that proves anything though.

Physics can be added to these games, which I consider a visual illusion,Because of the placement of the magnet and the brake. I know the game director (chab  rass) is deceiving participants with these scams!!!I always avoid these games because they are risky.

Sy may have forgotten about this thread that has been necro-bumped today, but if he is reading this he'd be better off moving this thread to the Scam Accusation thread - even if time has elapsed others may be working on similar cases and can compare notes with what you have.

If you ever go to a real casino and listen to the sound of the ball rolling, you can hear sometimes the ball rolls softer and other times much faster, even though they look to be travelling at about the same speed.  Likewise, the ball can bounce all over the place.  Get a highly pumped tennis ball and throw it at an rough surface like semi decayed bitumen and the ball will bounce in different directions - it's a similar thing to where a roulette ball lands and ricochets.

Very interesting, SyGambler, and I didn't even see this post originally somehow earlier. I've definitely heard about magnet scams and all kinds of other scams (even magnetic cards on the deck where the Ace is magnetised, and if it is about to be shuffled to the player, the magnet slips it back into the pile so the dealer gets it! Which is why it's impossible to trust those live dealing!
