Exactly, the price is really doing 'alright' as compare to let's say the altcoin market. At $6k a pop, its still a crypto investors haven. OP is just comparing about the 2017 peak price and not going more back long when the price was only few dollars. If compare on that then still you are in more then 5 to 10x times in profit in recent price also. Their is always ups and down in all market because which goes up have to come down so that it can bounce back more high. I still believe in Bitcoin and the price after 2020 will be double the ATH

10 anniversary is nothing to do with the price but if some bitcoin enthusiasts decided to celebrate and give bitcoin a gift then that is the time that we can expect a noticeable gains .  meanwhile  , bitcoin is still existing because we can see that it has a stable value and it is still being used all over the world in many services whether it is offline or online .

Also , you can only say that a thing is not existing if you cannot totally see or feel it . in the case of cryptos , all cryptos are visible because we can see their values in a digital form . therefor we cant say that they arent existing .

Honestly, instead of seeing people focus on what bitcoin has not been in value in this year, they should be focusing on what bitcoin has been in value for 10 years and they will get to understand that the future is what we should be after here and not the current things we keep looking at as a problem which is what most newbies are guilty of.

The market has been in an uptrend and it is still growing every single day, so for most part of it, if anyone cannot see that, and then at least, inculcate it into their mentality that the long term is something that is pretty certain and makes the most sense to focus on, then, I really do not know what else to tell them.

Bitcoin Price in the year 2010 it was $0.31 but today we see it reached around $6400 which shows in 8 years it shows tremendous growth in the market. 6400$ is the stable price of btc from past few months this shows some positive result that it will grow and reach 10k in upcoming months. Well sometimes I feel it that Bitcoin price is no longer exciting because it remain below unlike last year its price goes really higher. But I know Bitcoin has still have potential even its price is not higher right now. I think we should more patience for the rising price of the Bitcoin because for sure it will be back and rise again, just don't give up and continue to believe to it.

The thing is, bitcoin's price has been in a bubble this year but it's expected to rise by the end of the year, or at least next year. That alone is something we should all look forward to. Bitcoin price is still exciting for me because in this year the price is low Volatile, its better than I seeing bitcoin price increase significantly and then go down again. This time is a good time to buy and hold it for long term investment. Bitcoin is still worth as a long term investment.
