If you found some bots you can use report to moderator button then it will cause those post to be deleted by mods.Or you can report them in the spam busted club thread as well.

And the other thing you mentioned that you are sure that accounts were hacked so create a thread about this hacked account in the reputation section with the strong evidence that why you were saying like that.

I am not sure that this account is hacked or sold because that account woke up on 13 APR 2018 and changed password on 18 APR 2018 the password not changed immediately so I don't think it is hacked.

But there is some difference in the posting behavour from AUG 2018 to SEP 2018 completely turns into local board poster but before that he is posting in english most of the time.
