Most of the early ICOs will have cashed out by now otherwise they will not be able to pay their real world bills. Other developers will accept crypto as payment but rent and utility bills must be in fiat, hence the need for them to cash out early

I agree. It is very clear that a lot of people were cashing out their coin especially Ethereum. A lot of buy orders are already on the exchanges and it is resulting to price decrease. It could only mean that fat investors chose to put up their money elsewhere. No recovery happened despite of the expectations about the idea of the 'last quarter' of the year. The market value of cryptos are still on red marks. Many projects have extended their campaign period due to lack of investors. This negatively affects the market and making the situation even worse. As OP said, be ready but also be firmed and do not be intimidated by the continuous downfall.

There is no connection between final quarter of the year and everyone should be at alert.
We must always at alert, careful, and not doing any hasty move when we involving in cryptocurrency world.
There are some project still keep developing despite many scam projects out there. You just need to find a real project with your due diligence.
