Hi All,
I'm having an issue with Binance and I'm certain that they are giving me the runaround because they can't be arsed to sort out their system.
Basically, I am not receiving verification emails so I can't withdraw any coins/tokens and I can't whitelist/de-whitelist any addresses.
Their customer support emails get through but not the verification emails. I have whitelisted all of the email addresses that they have given me. I have checked all of my inbox, trash, junk, spam etc folders. I have contacted my email provider - they have checked their system and there are no faults or blocked emails. I have tried using different browsers and email apps. I have tried using different devices - Mac, Windows, iPads (2), work computers etc. Tried getting help from Binance Admin on Telegraph. They just continue to blame me and my email provider and keep on telling me to check all of my folders.
Binance Support are a waste of time.
I've done some searches online and there seems to be (at the very least) tens of reports of this kind of thing - missing verification emails. I haven't kept score but it's possible that there are many more. Seems to be a lot of these reports on Reddit.
The common factor in all of this is Binance. It's unlikely that multiple email providers around the world have got it wrong. Most likely it is Binance's system that is all to cock and their staff can be effing bothered to actually do something.
They must be aware that there are many users who are, or who have, suffered the same issues because Binance 'Support' (I use that term very loosely) have told me that Gmail seems to work without issue. If they know that then they know that there have been multiple instances of this missing email nonsense.
I have no trouble receiving verification emails with my current email address from any of the other multiple exchanges that I'm registered on.
To change my registered email address I'll have to go through the entire KYC think all over again, and provide more info, video selfies, documents etc. It took long enough the first time around. I'm really reluctant to go down that rabbit hole again. If I did go through all of that who's to say it won't happen again with the new email address.
If I ever get my tokens out I won't be using Binance again. I suggest that you guys might want to consider a similar precaution.
Apart from suicide, or "Going Postal", any suggestions?
