That's great, I hope it can be implemented on every ICO as fast as possible. I'm sure it can bring back hype and interest for every ICO investor to invest in ICO...

There are so many fraudulent ICO that don't care about their project and just want to steal money from ICO Investor in this year...

The concept as a concept is amazing but can it really be applied without any issues!? I can see it from now how people will start playing with this feature and as it mentioned in the article the stability of the fundraising will become an issue, this concept need some tweaks and it will become the way to go in the future, but at the moment I really do not see any project taking that approach the way it described in the article.
