All these points seem to be an allegations against bitccoin aside that before bitcoin people were still using national currencies in commiting crimes and as far as something is good it definitely has people toshow some bad aspect of it and to us we know bitcoin can not be rejected or banned and even some countries which turn it banned them will soon appreciate it essence in life.
Bitcoin is ahead of its time. Countries that have banned its they are simply afraid of its, because they don't know what it is and what its strengths and weaknesses are. They decided: we will wait, let others accept it, and then we will see. But for now, in order to avoid unpleasant incidents, it's necessary to prohibit it. |

I am sure that soon btc will prove everyone that it is the best coin and it is our future. it will be impossible to ban it or reject. There is no sense in denying that this coin can offer us many pros

To my knowledge people have talked much about bitcoin bane and it's rejected from the world but still they are not successful and it won't be true even we will not see that time when bitcoin will reject from the world and it is not controllable so people can use it every where in the world with out any further force and people use it for their good usage now.
Some government of different countries are rejecting bitcoin, we dont know the real reasons why they are doing this but it is a bad thing becaise they did not accept the next future currency of our world. Still bitcoin is on the top although some coutries are against to bitcoin. |

If you look at what happened to fiat with all its regulations but in fact still abused, it all depends on the user and regulation also the law enforcement, and these two are the main factors but actually there are more f actors interfering here but the list will be long. No one can stop bitcoin as there is no central authority since the currency is decentralized. This means the government has no particular organization to ban. Its a peer to peer network. So, if the government has to destroy bitcoin, they will have to stop every person from using it. Think of it like the torrent network. Has the government still been able to stop the usage of torrent for illegal usage and piracy? Nope.

Investors will always have in their minds the realization that 20k per bitcoin was and can be quite achievable. As in the 17th year, for a free-time they ran and they will run again, because they already understand. And this is a very solid ground for the new pampas.

Of course there are some things about BTC that can be improved but let's don't forget that this Cryptocurrency world has a lot of advantages, like..all the transactions are anonymous.Now that can be used in a good way or in a wrong way depends on the person's intentions.The thing is..if you want to work in this BTC world then you have to take some risks.

There are various reasons and risks from Cryptocurrency including:
1. As in the form of digital assets, it is easily misused for financial system crimes such as money laundering.
2. The absence of a clear system, makes cryptocurrency vulnerable to malfunctions that ultimately harm users.
3. Crypto assets have the potential for financial crime (fraud), security violations and operating failures.
For this reason Cryptocurrency cannot be legally accepted and even banned in some countries. All definitely have strong and wise reasons such for the safety and comfort of the user in the country. Therefore, I think it is time for stakeholders in various countries, especially in countries whereas crypto-capitalexchanges trading ecosystems is high, must think about creating and compiling clear regulations related to cryptocurrency to prevent future potential problems. Because we know Cryptocurrency has become an unavoidable necessity and Crypto is not for us to avoid but must be seen as a potential for benefit and global progress.
Besides of the regulation of Cryptocurrency itself, the main problem is to prevent and avoid irresponsible individuals who have the potential to do other bitcoin or crypto washing, or theft of Cryptocurrency.
I question my self that do we can be free or stay away from fraud?
Yeah, I would agree with that. The lack of control in this sphere make it vulnerable. There is urgent need for regulations. |

In general, bitcoin is good because we know that many people have increased economically because of bitcoin, but on the other hand there are people who abuse bitcoin for illegal activities such as fraud etc. So as long as we can carry bitcoin on the road of goodness, then I'm sure whether or not there are certain rules for bitcoin, bitcoin will still continue to grow because it is supported by great enthusiasm in it.

Any kind of money, whether it is fiat or virtual currency, is susceptible to abused or can be use to criminal activities and cryptocurrency is one of them. A law might be needed to regulate the use of any currency to protect it from any illegal means but it might not solve the problems completely. Some countries have already legalized bitcoin and is being adopted by some merchants in some part of the world and other countries had banned it. Bitcoin, is an alternative and decentralized kind of payment and people can still able to use it whether it is legalized or banned.

Bitcoin is already a strong cryptocurrency. The price of Bitcoin is a proof that it is strong and still strong up to now. The price of it might be falling down but it is normal for cryptos since they are all decentralized and they are volatile. For me, Bitcoin is not deserved to be banned without trying to it. Some basis to reject or banned bitcoin is because it can use to in some illgeal activities which is very wrong because it can cause to reject cryptocurremcyto avoid this kind of things. Hopefully, this kind of reason will gone in the future and many people are embrace cryptocurrency to have a good profit. |

I think the main cause of every government prohibiting bitcoin is that bitcoin is identical with negative things such as money laundering, terrorist funding or tools for illegal transactions. The government only sees from these 3 factors, indeed, we cannot deny that bitcoin can be used for these 3 functions, but certainly the government must be able to be fair, because not all users of bitcoin are mentioned above. |

Bitcoin is not ban all around the world but some of the countries where the Government of that country has against using crypto. In our country the issue of crypto regulation is pending under the jurisdiction of law. Government of maximum country are study for its regulation where its already regulated.

Bitcoin's adoption and legalities depends on countries or territories norms and standards, because each has its own line of rules. I think many countries are still not aware about Bitcoin or maybe some are aware but they are just not interested about it. There can really be a lot of factors why other countries accepted Bitcoin while others banned or rejected it. I believe what's lacking here is the proper education to the public, the awareness and full understanding of what Bitcoin is and on how it works. If we get to change the mindset of the people it can have a big impact for the growth of Bitcoin, it can bring more good opportunitues that could result to have a good quality of life. Let's use it responsibly and correctly, and let us all stay positive and be hopeful. |

If we use Bitcoin as a payment tool, there will always be the risk that someone will come up with an idea on how to cheat us or extort money. In fact, only keeping coins in encrypted wallets gives (almost) 100% security. This applies to all forms of payment, not just cryptocurrencies. There is no perfect solution. |
