There are various reasons and risks from Cryptocurrency including:
1. As in the form of digital assets, it is easily misused for financial system crimes such as money laundering.
2. The absence of a clear system, makes cryptocurrency vulnerable to malfunctions that ultimately harm users.
3. Crypto assets have the potential for financial crime (fraud), security violations and operating failures.

       For this reason Cryptocurrency cannot be legally accepted and even banned in some countries. All definitely have strong and wise reasons such for the safety and comfort of the user in the country. Therefore, I think it is time for stakeholders in various countries, especially in countries whereas crypto-capitalexchanges trading ecosystems is high, must think about creating and compiling clear regulations related to cryptocurrency to prevent future potential problems. Because we know Cryptocurrency has become an unavoidable necessity and Crypto is not for us to avoid but must be seen as a potential for benefit and global progress.

       Besides of the regulation of Cryptocurrency itself, the main problem is to prevent and avoid irresponsible individuals who have the potential to do other bitcoin or crypto washing, or theft of Cryptocurrency.

I question my self that do we can be free or stay away from fraud?

Only a few countries forbid Bitcoin and crypto in their area, but that doesn't affect because other Bitcoin and crypto can still be accessed via the internet, the crime of using crypto cannot be separated because crypto has anonymity that maintains the privacy of its users. but that's only a few people who use it for acts of crime, and more help people in solving everyday problems.

Those risk is come from the users habbit itself. About fraud and other financial crime is focused on each person who get involved in it. I am also a victim of fraud, I have looked for bitcoin service but unfortunately I visited fake website and l have lost my bitcoin there, and then I think again, it's not bitcoin faulty but it's pure cybercrime and my shortcomings. I have to be more careful to visit any site. So any bad thinga is not from bitcoin buy from people, so bitcoin is not to banned or rejected.

I don't think that we can be free or stay away from fraud because there is no guarantee we can get 100% safe from the attacker. There is a risk of everything we do for our life, and it's related to other people. But we can prevent from getting a bad experience with securing the account we have.

Cryptocurrency can accepted in all country, but it depends on the government itself because they have the power to accept or deny something that they don't want. I am sure that in the future, there will be regulations for cryptocurrency that will protect the crypto user from the fraud and money laundering so people can be safe to use cryptocurrency.

If we look at bitcoin importance and it's value to people in the world are expanding day by day so we can not say that bitcoin can be banned or rejected but it's value will be more beneficial to the world in the past bitcoin were successfully used for trade and now it is the good investment for us because in crypto is our future if we work hard.

these two are the same. and are wrong. it is much harder to use cryptocurrency as a means for illegal activities because of lack of adoption and also lack of anonymity for bitcoin and most others. not to mention volatility that people always ignore when it suites them.

But wouldn't that change 180 degrees once we reach a greater adoption of both cryptos in general and LN especially for BTC?
I don't see BTC for a solution for money laundering but for taking bribes or undeclared payments it's almost perfect.
Nothing special, of course to at the scale of normal fiat but we shouldn't fool ourselves in believing it's not done.

there is no difference between one illegal act and another. whether they are accepting bribes or laundering money or buying drugs,... in all cases bitcoin is not anonymous and can be traced. and it is a matter of comparison. for example would you prefer being bribed in cash or in bitcoin when cash can never be traced while bitcoin can! not to mention the public ledger for all the world to see

what do you mean by "clear system"?

            Firstly I would say sorry for my English, I am trying my best for it. "Clear system" I mean that official laws or regulations of the use Cryptocurrency that can anticipate and avoid from fraud. And these for safety and pleasure of investors and users.

that would require centralizing the system for the "laws" to work. and that is never going to happen.

I think because bitcoin is decentralised then comes out so many negative problem, but the one that makes all the problem occur is the human, fiat also being used for money laundering but I never heard anyone try to banned fiat, bitcoin just a medium, so its a bit funny to see people try to banned bitcoin

That's because they're still less their knowledge about Bitcoin, so they think that Bitcoin is widely used for the negative. The Government just has not been legalized Bitcoin but also not make illegal Bitcoin, something that violates the law.

Bitcoin is not totally ban though, but there are certain countries that bans it from using crypto (if they catch you). Still you can go and  use it just don't be caught.

Ban and rejection has been a major challenge bitcoin is facing from inception. Its a decentralized digital currency not regulated by any Central Bank or control by other commercial banks. Government sees bitcoin as a threat to their to their economy and a way of laundering money for crime and other illegal purposes. But beyond the negative belief bitcoin has been created opportunity for people to move away from poverty level and crate job opportunities all over the world.

All technologies are created with good intentions, but unfortunately bad actors find ways to use the same technology to commit crimes. You cannot stop these people from being bad and you cannot throw out the baby with the bath water.

We should just find ways to support the authorities to catch these people, when they use it for crimes.

Why is Bitcoin always associated with negative problems? Especially regarding money laundering, whereas so far money laundering has been done using fiat compared to bitcoin, they should have realized that bitcoin actually made changes to the security of financially related systems, only that the problem with bitcoin today is hackers.

Bitcoin is indeed not prohibited or rejected, only there are countries that still doubt the concept of bitcoin. Bitcoin has the advantage of being able to make individuals more creative and advanced, and bitcoin is not able to make the government in a country benefit.

You know what's going on.. The situation you describe applies not only to cryptocurrencies and the digital environment in General, but also to Fiat money and the classic financial market too. The fraud and money-laundering and in the absence of cryptocurrency. Money and payment methods is just a tool to facilitate human life, but how to use it is already the envy of everyone. Cryptocurrencies are a very progressive thing, but in the hands of a bad person it turns into a weapon.
