Hi, I’ve been mining on Nicehash since I started mining. I’ve read many threads saying Nicehash is less profitable than other coin specific pool. I didn’t changed Nicehash for two reasons.

1.I mine in  my regular PC (2x Rx 580,R5 1600X). I thought my payout would be really slow & I may not even get a proper payout when the coin holds its price(specially the cpu mining).

2. My only way to convert mined coins to fiat is through Localbitcoins. Which is only for Bitcoins. So I can’t convert other coins to fiat.

But now I’m seeing that my payout is really low as Nicehash doesn’t mine coins but algos.

Herehttps://crypt0.zone/calculator/s/f2r5gl1f I Always see some coin hovering around 1$/day.
‘course these doesn’t last long. So I can’t mine those coin with my little hashing power & there’s also the payout issue.

So, Is there other pools or services like Nicehash that auto switches to the most profitable coin(not Algo) & pays me in BTC?

If not, Is anything other than Nicehash offers the same but the profitability is higher?

(I’ve heard about minergate but doesn’t know if that’s more profitable than Nicehash)

Thanks.

There are several pools such as AHashPool, Blazepool, BlockMasters and Zpool that will let you mine multiple coins and auto-exchange them to BTC.  There are several mining programs, such as MultiPoolMiner and NemosMiner and others that will switch between the most profitable algorithms on those pools just like the NiceHash client does. In fact, most of those programs will let you switch between NiceHash and those other mining pools. I wrote my own switching program called Hash Auger that does the same thing, but unfortunately it does not support AMD cards.  Once you've reached the minimum earnings amount on those pools, they will automatically deposit your balance to a BTC wallet. From there you can transfer your BTC to an exchange to handle the conversion to fiat.  Since it is not a good security practice to mine to an exchange wallet or store your earnings in an exchange wallet for a long time, you should look into a free BTC wallet like Electrum and access it on a computer other than your mining rig.

Thank you very much. I’ll try these out today.

But one question. In crypt0.zone I’ve seen many coin having a higher profitability when having the same Algo compared to the lower ones. When I mine in the Pools you mentioned will I mine a coin or Algo??

I can suggest you to have a look to our website, which provides a complete and easy mining solution (mining + cloud monitoring) through the well know MultiPoolMiner or RainbowMiner.

You can use one of these to get auto-switch on best algorithm, in order to mine the most profitable coin with your hardware.
Or you can config them to specifically mine algos or coins you prefer, also with standard pools without autoconversion.

There are many other settings and config, if you need help just write.

Up to 2 rigs is free, so you can try it out!

Sorry for the delayed reply. Most of the auto-exchange pools mine multiple coins per algorithm. The pool will switch between the coin(s) that an algorithm port is currently mining based on profitability estimates.  As a miner, you will be mining a particular algorithm on one of those pools and the pool will direct your hash rate towards one or more specific coins. Since these are auto-exchange pools, the pool will automatically convert your share of these earnings into your payout coin.
