I'm looking to buy bulk miners, my options are
90 RX570 & 90 P106-100 cards. OR

180 Gainwards P106-100 cards.

What would u do, considering im going to resell them.

Overally and especially if you are going to resell them, what about to see these cards? Nvidia gtx 1070ti, 1080/1080ti. I think it will be more smart choise, they consume less electricity, have high hashrate and ethereum won't be your only go to mining option, you can mine another great coins too. I would forget RX, highly doubt you'll get ROI or sell them in reasonable price.

Those cards arent An option and cost to much.
The P106-100 cards are basically GTX 1060 6 GB cards
And mine at ~90w undervolted.
