There are many bounty programs but the only thing i observed is they are no longer as lucrative and productive but right one we have almost dead bounties that do  not end and when they do you get little or nothing

If you mean that bounty ends in the middle of ICO, probably the ICO successfully reach the hard cup. However, if you means that all bounty programs disappear anymore, I don't think about that. Even now there are more and more bounty come everyday.

Look around. How many people go with the signatures of new projects. Take a look at the Bounties section, and you can see a huge number of new campaigns.
The only problem is that earnings from the bounty campaigns have fallen dramatically. And it does not please.

I don't really know where you are but there are new bounty projects always so if possible do your checks well. the only problem i have is most of them delaying their pay out to hunters and rescheduling their timeline for the end of ICO.

Did you mean why no new good bounty? or why some bounty end? if you mean why no new good bounty I think it was because of the market it was very low so that many ico are reschedule for next year, and if you mean why some bounty end is because they have enough funds or it was because that it was written in their whitepaper.

There are lots of reasons why bounty should be ended, its because there is a timeline for every bounty manager to run a certain project, your question might have another meaning, you should specify it correctly. Not all have ended, there is still a lot of them that are still running for long and still on till now. They all have their target and that’s what they all want to accomplish, they are not going to continue doing campaign forever, they will stop when they reach that plan. But there are still many bounties, as some are stopping many are still coming in everyday.

Bounty is not meant to stay forever. The purpose of bounty is to spread the name and good vision of the ICO/project that helps attract investors to invest and buy their tokens in order to fund the project. Once the soft cap or hard cap is reached, then it's expected that the bounty will end.

What's worst about bounty is that it ends because the ICO is a failure is it failed to reached its target cap.

What? if you are looking for bounties there are many bounties in the bounties altcoin section and the problem is how to choose the good one because there are a lot of scam bounty.

Why are you asking this matter, all ico bounty has their own time frame of when will they're gonna run their project.
It may takes month or more, depending on how much fund they collect while their project is running in good progress.
But nowadays most of the bounties so far are facing difficulties in terms seeking more investors or collecting more funds
from the capitalist here. Then, once they reach at least the soft cap, meaning the project is safe anyhow.

Reaching out softcap nowadays do become already a challenge on most projects yet most of them do really failed out to reach it up.
So mainly bounty programs is mainly affected because tokens/salaries would definitely be affected as well either you are being paid up by dust tokens
or wont really be paid up at all. Each program do have duration and I don't know where he do get the idea that there are no more new bounty campaigns since there are lots of them.

But if you will check closely to that section, you'll see some interesting project and that's it. The thing is interesting but you may not sure of it if that project is legit and will really kick some ass in the future.

there are some successful ico, but still they judge bounty hunters.
like CTA they locked their tokens for 3 months. very disappointing. Bounty hunters and investors have a role in building confidence inico. I hope ICIC remains exis and has new rules so there are no more scam projects.
