What wallet are you using ?

Did you get a transaction id from bitcoin.de ?

If so, head over to a blockexplorer (e.g. blockcypher) or blockchain.com) and check whether it is confirmed and whether the address is correct.

It's still unclear. If you were paying an invoice, then it's possible that it got expired before you were able to pay as Bitcoin.de is an exchange and processing withdrawals takes time sometimes.

If whatever website you deposited the money to simply give you an address and you could deposit anytime, make sure to follow what bob123 said, verify that your transaction or your address in a blockexplorer to see If the funds reached their destination or not. If the funds are visible then the problem must be coming from the online store and you should contact them.

Please answer all questions. This makes it A LOT easier to understand the issue (and therefore also to help you).

Did you get a transaction ID from bitcoin.de ? Did you check it on a block explorer ? Is this what you mean by 'see payment is arrive' ?

Usually a (proper coded) store instantly recognizes your payment. Most shops do wait for several confirmations (e.g. 3 or 6) until they credit you the payment.

May i ask what shop you were depositing to ?

The transaction is indeed confirmed and received by the owner of this address.

Unfortunately, i believe that you got scammed. Most .onion sites (especially those who sell stuff) are scam  Undecided

Edit:

Just checked the site. While it doesn't instantly raise red flags, i still believe that this is scam.
If you, at any time in the future, want to buy something on a .onion site, make sure to only use 'reputable' (at least as reputable a marketplace on the darknet can be) marketplaces, from a seller with a good reputation.

According to their site, they use stolen credit cards to buy these products (which are already bought and stored in their warehouse).
IMO, it doesn't make sense to sell them at a discount, since they already have been bought and shipped (at least that's what they claim).
They could easily sell them for the normal price, if that would be true.

I am sorry for your loss  Undecided  This place is full of di**heads
