I too have done the same as CryptoHunter. Crypsty can at least allow us to withdraw our coins from the old block chain so that we may swap them ourselves instead of waiting on these guys.

@BitJohn, you had plenty of time and other exchanges have done the swap long ago already, so WTF takes you so long.
