This is totally ridiculous, this happens over and over again and the number of captchas that need to be completed is 4 or 5 or even more.  This is worse with Tor.

"reCAPTCHA has apparently marked your IP address as suspicious, and refuses to tell me whether you actually solved the CAPTCHA. If you go back and retry it several times, it will eventually work. If you are using Tor, going to Onion->New Identity might immediately fix it. "

That you're making difficult and even nearly impossible for people to maintain privacy on a bitcoin forum is more than a little ironic.  With Tor it often takes four or five attempts and each attempt may require solving 5 or more captchas.  It's beyond ridiculous.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
