the best way to learn English is to read the books and make conversation in English between definitely helpful for anyone to get a fluent in any language.

This is what I know the basic way to learn english.
Me too not so much know how to speak up english but i can understand and a few knowledge only not so good.

Watch a TV show you like. Watch one episode with subtitles in your native language so you can get an idea of what the plot is about. Then watch that same episode over and over (at least 80 times) and mimick what you hear. Keep doing this until you feel comfortable with speaking and listening.

Nowadays learning English is quite easy. We can learn from a lot of social sites. If we have a phone and a internet connection with that
we can learn anything very easily. You can learn from Youtube, TV shows with subtitles ,  English web series,  English movies. But you want to learn it exactly u have to practice English. You have to hear those pronounciation and practice them in front of mirror every single day. This is how u can learn English properly. ☺

Yes, I agree with learning English through movie. Find something you like, movie or Youtube topics you like. Maybe about make up, celebrity or sport. Watch it with English subtitle so you can catch the words, after that watch it in your native subtitle you you know the meaning. You should find some popular slang or urban words, then you could use it to express your feeling, like updating status using English. Make English caption for your instagram.
Actually, commenting in this forum is also a form of practice

You can put up stickers around the house with words or with whole sentences and change them when the previous ones are firmly planted in your head, you can and even need to watch movies in English with subtitles

I learned English in school but couldn't talk or understand much English.
Only when I went to live 1 year in America and didn't have choice but to talk and think only in one language, English, I finally learned English .)
So, there is no secret here but you have to practice and talk all the time.

I learned english through watching movies (particularly asian dramas with subtitle) and by reading articles in the internet.

If you really want to learn start from reading. Do it as often as you can then practice writing, it might hard at first but you will use to it.

Speaking in english can also help you to become fluent in this language, some people didnt go to school but managed to learn by practicing on their own.
