I have some suggestions for you. First of all, you should watch more movies in English and read more books, which can help you to understand how to build the sentences more correctly. Secondly, you should learn English grammar as it's the most important thing. And only then you try to speak English. I think you should take some lessons with tutor.

The real "secret" is to study a little EVERY DAY. Make it a habit. And do anything that is interesting. Language study books can be boring. Studying boring things make it easier to  quit.

I recommend Duolingo, videos and youtube. (language learnign and anything interesting in english)

After a while you can try to read interesting books in English. If you are a beginner, then read something you have already read in your own language.

Could be as little as 10 minutes a day, but some days much more, however you want.

Consistency is the secret in achieving anything.

The absolute BEST thing that worked for me and ALL my friends was watching tons and tons of TV Shows and movies. I can guarantee you that you will learn a lot while enjoying your time. There are hundreds of American TV Shows out there that you can start based on what you like and whatnot. Give it a shot
