Hold or Trade?

You are not in loss as long as you don't sell. The moment you sell in loss, you lose. So if you believe in project that you invested your money in (which you definitely should) then just hold, better times will come. We can still see that there are alot of manipulations out there that still drive whole crypto space and all other coins just follow BTC's movement. So just be patient, hold on your investment, bull market will start again.

I think at this moment that things are really down, holding will be the best option as selling at the present urglyiness rate will not put something good in your pocket rather it will make you loose your assets so why not hold and wait till things get back to normal again.
