coinex exchange is a scam!!!

my saga with the coinex exchange begun a few days ago when i decided to invest in their native coin cet.
this accusation will not have anything to do with the rumors that their ceo got arrested or the fact that their volume seems manipulated for people to get in. on top of this i will tell you my direct experience with them. escalated fast from a hacked account to a inside job.
begun building the portfolio and at some point moving assets around i have done a rookie mistake sending nex tokens to my neo adress in coinex. damn stupid.
wrote to support and also joined the official telegram group linked on the coinex page.
some admins out there said they can help me(louis and some sheri chick) but initially drained my liquid assets out of it. cet coins were locked.they said this is normal but was my first very big alarm bell. after that they asked me to send some funds to "restore my account". now i am locked out of it  completely.
the official support has failed to provide me with a solution on the matter and i am sure i can kiss my coinex assets goodbye. on the nex recovery they said that they do not support nex and i can kiss my nex goodbye even if nex is a nep5 token. on the "hacked" account they initially said they cannot find my account and later they said they managed to find my account but "someone" changed the username(mail) asociated with the account. the only interaction i had was with the official admins from the official telegram group. the support failed to give me acces to my account and is not responding anymore. it was paramount for their response to arive in 24h timeframe because the locked funds are unlockable in 24 h so in very few moments they will be free to go bye bye.
this is why i love dex's because well..not your private keys, not your money!!!! i strongly encourage you all to get out and stay away from coinex. i will keep this post updated with any miraculous development if any.

You use too much unnecessary details. Many people wont read your OP. And try to show evidence like a scan of your balance or emails you exchanged. Give more important details like the amount of how much you were scammed.

still no positive evolution of things. they have closed all my tickets with very low quality responses and no solution. i did not quit and have opened a new ticket(4-th ticket opened to support up until now) and at least now i have a decent conversation with some support dude. they assure me that my funds are safe but still no access to my account or funds. no reason to lift the scam accusation or dismiss the shady behavior they had.

the final episode of the coinex scam accusation is in. the last fonds in my account were drained out AFTER me signaling a hacked account.

so..they manged to "help" me lose all the funds even those that were locked for a 24h period.
if the bussines model is too good to be true...better to stay away!

let's say that i have trusted a official channel and some 3rd party not related to them(let's admit for a moment that the admin of the official group is not affiliated with them) got access to my account. but if that was the case they would have secured my other funds. like any legit exchange out there. but they did not do that. they let him further steal all of my funds so this is a sign of bad intention and a inside job.

No offens, but this actually looks like your fault, you did not secure your account enough. You did not have 2fa on, did you?
