I can't log in to C-Cex, it says "User not found or account disables". But then it sends me an email address notifying me of a failed login.
So it does have my username, and it knows that it belongs to my email address. How do I fix it? I recover the password. Not successful
So it meas they have disabled your account permanently or temporarily,this problem can be only resolved from the support team do you have any funds inside your wallets if you have then it may very hard to recover because even if the problem is o their side the time taken to rectify it will be longer.
