I am not sure who is scammer. I have seen a lots of post which you had created and they are vanished. Now you have only two post regarding paxful escrow? https://archive.fo/CAx8y
I think you have removed it because you have lost few dollars (I am saying few dollars as I have never trusted you that you had 3BTC on paxful). I do not know the reason why it occurred. But If you traded without any problem which you usually say then there might have something wrong of you that's why you have been banned. For example you gave paypal and that might be reversed. Anyway, If you have proper evidence of being scammed you can show that and post on scam accusation or reputation board.

If he has been stealing people's money for a long time, then how come he is still a member of this forum? I don't mean to cause an argument, I am just curious about this. 

I am a total newbie so I am trying to work out who the good people are when I finally buy some Bitcoin. The forum, so far, seems to be a bit of a minefield when it comes to buying.
