I have lost access to my BitcoinTalk's account and E-mail since 2015,March.My account name is metehan027(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=250638).I didn’t write my BTC address on my account.I want to come back to Bitcointalk community again.You know that I'm full member.And I don't want to start newbie again.Please,help me.If you want,I will send you my ID(turkish).I formatted my pc and erased all files.

Maybe your account got hacked when the database got leaked in 2015 but anyway your account is not active until.If you want your account back you should follow the instructions as mentioned Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords.

But you need the bitcoin address to sign in the message or else your account will be lost forever.

Doesn't look like you ever posted any Bitcoin address or PGP key somewhere in the forum. Without being able to sign a message from any of them (as explained in the thread Findingnemo linked above), there is nothing you can do to recover your account.

Remember if you just sent your btc address to another user in pm, ask him to sign that pm for you and you can verify your account.
Or recover DATA from the pc you formated, you may be find your login details. Your account is not locked and seems to be not used since you left it, it will be the only option for you is to find your password. If you still own the hard drive, high possible that you will find it, you will find many software that help you do it.

The only way you're getting that account back is if you posted an address publicly, and can sign it. Like mentioned you can also find the ID of a personal message, and sign one you sent within there if presented to cyrus. However, passport or any other method will not work, and won't be sufficient evidence that you're the original owner.
