 Cryptopia tells me I have a failed login attempt every time I log in. I know for sure I am entering the correct code they sent me. Then it locks me out. I cannot even get into my account and amount of service tickets I writ or emails to them are even acknowledged. What is their problem or are they really just a big con artist group stealing millions with impunity. I'm sure if they see this they might just bother to answer that there is nothing wrong with their fine up=standing company, but they will continue to do nothing except dupe people out of their money. Getting away with this absurd.

Unfortunately, cryptopia is a shit exchange.

I had to use it once to dump some past ico investment... I was able to login in just once, dumped my coins, and they never let me login again. Too many "safety" precautions, which don't let even me login. Terrible service

Cryptopia is old and has the same standard early exchanges have till today. And the customer care is worst.
But for your problem, first be sure whether they are asking for google 2FA or email code or OTP.
If not for some rare coins not listed in other major exchanges, I've dumped cryptopia in favor of others.

Yup, I had the exact same issue... Email code on old account was telling me I was entering the wrong 2fa... Turns out the codes were just arriving in spam...

The support helped me reset my password regardless, although it took a couple of weeks. Overall, I'd say it's an average exchange. Not the worst but not the greatest eiter. Could use some renewed infastracture but I guess they're of the mindset 'if it ain't broken, don't fix it'. They are a small team I think.

what are you using 2fa or email, if your using 2fa try to change your time to exact time if your clock is advanced it will give out advance codes, fixing your clock time to exact might fix the problem, i dont know about email i stopped using it until they required me to use 2fa, i think their service is great i requested a withdraw it came out a second later after confirming it, they might be targeting users with big bank on their wallet.

The exchange is good until a serious problem was not found. They can temporarily block an account for security of money if you enter the wrong password several times. Which is very good for users. Once there was a rollback in the blockchain of one coin, but everything was decided in favor of the users, so all the rules. If the project is new then listing on this exchange is a good option because there are not bad volumes there.

exchange cryptopia has a strict security system, every time someone tries to enter your account if it shows it is not the owner of the account, they will lock it that makes it difficult for you to enter because your account is locked

Recently, I have not had any problems with this exchange, although they do not always respond to tickets quickly.

Personally I had the problem with the exchange Cryptopia - it was with the withdrawing of the funds onto exchange, I had been waiting 4 days, and the technical support did not answered

I somehow never liked cryptopia from the start just because it looked quite old fashioned to me also the order execution seemed slow and lagging to me so i stopped using it and i do not recommend it to others as well.
