You can look at the top of the form for a topic and it says the names of the moderators of that forum and send them a dm. I think you should put this message in help next time as that will probably get you better responses

It does't look as a banned account case this one.
It's a rather interesting account, resisted back in 2015, being active in July 2018, it can be legit.

This is very rare to happen in this forum. I think this is one in a 1,000 post that you can see an account created few years back and do the comeback and came alive.

This account is considered as the unluckiest account in the forum for not ranking up legendary instead the account was remain as newbie for the past few years of its existence. This will beat this thread here on (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5042178.0 unluckiest person in bitcoitalk) in a contest.

This is very common. People get to know about Bitcoin and join the main forum. But they end up using other means such as Reddit or local communities, facebook to discuss about the subject. And they only redeem the account when they need to talk about specific issues. The number of active accounts does not reach 20%.

In the technical sections it is not so unusual to find members asking for help with old accounts that have been frozen for years.

This forum, first of all, is about Bitcoin. And he's been there for over 10 years now.

Do not share the links of profile , When you yourself  do not know  who are Admins. Surprised , that you did not recognize "Theymos" as admin.

OP, you can write your problem in this thread.
In reality, Theymos reads everything(and rarely reply) and if he think that your problem is worthy to be address soon, then he will do it. Alternatively you can PM him too.
