how did you solve the problems with regulators? if you read your white paper, then you generally do not plan to talk with them. and this means that minutes remain until the failure. similar projects like atlant and propy decided to go this way and in the end it all ended with a drop in prices in dozens of times for investors and a zero result.

I have not found official information about the company's registration. I hope that the White paper will be updated before the sale is complete so we can get more clarifications.

In any case, interested parties will be able to turn to team with offers of assistance in software development. I'm not one of them. Project interests me as an investor.
