Eat enough calories, eat sufficient high-quality protein foods like lean beef, have at least 8-10 hours of sleep if you're bodybuilding, don't let the 'low fat' myth ruin your goals and fuel your workouts with carbohydrate and creatine supplement. Practice this, and with enough self-discipline, you'll be able to make it a habit. Hope this helps.
