Its a CPU coin, no need pool, only 1000 POW blocks.

Why scrypt?
If you wanted to make cpu-only coin, you could choose asic resistent algo. For example yescrypt.
But somebody has thrown asic and inpossible to mine with cpu now.

- 2 pools for Scrypt Mining 500 ESPX for the first block found

There are only 1000 POW blocks I dont get why you will need 2 pools in the future
