I have never received a temporary ban, I had no warnings. According to the forum rules, a permanent ban is given for a serious violation. I do not have such violations 100%. Why haven’t I still been unblocked and I can’t continue talking?!

Plagiarism is considered a serious violation. there are no warnings for a temporary ban. You are now permabanned.

You don't just 'get' a permanent ban, you are banned for breaking the rules.
The rules kick against pliagarism and it is unethical and frowned upon in any space whatsoever.
