1. the chips are made in taiwan not china.
2. the chips are made by a different company
3. different companies can buy the chips and then create their own device/circuits and sell their own asics rigs

Nope, you can't.
Those chips are made by TMSC for Bitmain only, is not like TMSC is selling the chips to any other party, the only way you can get those is from Bitmain and they don't sell.
Bitfury is the only company that designs them and sells them directly with a min order of 500.

the downside is that to avoid the influx of hobbiests wanting to plague then with minimal orders and technical cries. they sell CHIPS to the big industry types. not regular joe. as chips are useless unless you know what you are doing with circuitry you wish to attach. also bitmain supply circuit blueprints for to them big industries.

you will be surprised that there a re actually a few differing asic RIG companies that have a bitmain branded CHIP inside

There is only one thing that came out from Bitmain:

“We are officially announcing the release of our new 7nm miners which possess industry-leading hash rates designed to mine with the SHA256 algorithm. Two models will be offered, the Antminer S15 and T15. Available for purchase on 11/8 [Nov. 8].”

It says Miners not Chips.
No idea where you've got that idea of yours.

Both miners the s15 and t15 will be available at a later date which is tomorrow!

here is another tip about other big electronic companies
apple sell screens and components to different companies. but go into an apple store and you will think apple just sell to apple customers..

I would have a far better day if you would come with a proof that bitmain is indeed selling both its bm1387 chips and it has already sold starting September the new generation chip.

And some pics with counterfeit chips selling on aliexpress is not proof.
This forum is full of reports from people who have bought those end ended up with either useless chips or they were actually the old generation from the s5 series.

i know your a reddit reader and repeater. but do your own research. try actually looking beyond bitmains "consumer" end product pages and research the source info about getting hold of individual parts.
