With sanctions back on Iran, will US dollar hegemony be the first victim? How many civilians will suffer for the Trump administration's obsession with "regime change" for Iran?

Just need to compare how much the society has regressed after the Islamic revolution in Iran.
Economic, cultural and civilized are all going backwards.
Since the 20th century, there have been only three countries that have experienced retrogression. They are Iran, Iraq and Venezuela.

Iran will not be able to export oil.  But this sanction will not be applicable in case of India,  Grin  India will still continue to import oil from Iran otherwise it would have affected Indian economy very adversely.
Thanks to the reputation and status earned by Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi.
As far as war is concerned; central Asia is always in war in one or the other country due to different reasons and interests.

We have yet to see. Like you said, the Middle East is constantly embroiled in some form of a war, or another.
