I have a asus maximus VI motherboard with 1500 watt power supply. The board is free standing without a chassis and I do have an additional ground going from one corner of the motherboard where a screw typically seats to the chassis going to a PE ground.
No memory beeps and the fan turns on with tons of lights on the board, but no post.
Typically that's a grounding issue.
Can't be video, I have $2500 worth of cards handy and no way all could be bad.
I have 2 boards and they are both doing the same.
Is there a better way to ground out a free standing board/mining rig?

I am using similar techniques to this
