Since Veles is multi-algo you have to figure out yourself which algo you want to use to mine in case you use Nicehash.

At this moment it's better not to mine Nist5 because the diff is very high. This will be addressed in the next update.

Since Veles is a multi-algo now you have to see which pool offers the algo you prefer to mine, because not every pool offers all algo's.
