The snapshot you sent doesn't include a time and date and the accepted shares is 10 times less than what it should be, accepted share have been over 1 000 000 for half a day already. You sent a picture of statistics for 1/10th of the lease. You also took 16 hours to reply for a contract that is for 24 hours, smells fishy. Here's what the contract looks like:  Clearly not what I paid for. |

The owner never bother to reply after sending a partial snapshot so that it showed the average speed he wanted. Never got compensated and the contract was never extended. Average speed of this rig is 1.8Mhs *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIG, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, OWNER WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND RUN. *** |

You are sending snapshots from a day after the contract has ended. Bottom line is you can see the speed graph from LeaseRig and have no snapshots or logs that covers that period. I contacted an hour into the contract about the problem and you only replied once 16 hours later and never replied again. The snapshot in your reply hasno dates that clearly shows that it only applies to a fraction of the lease and that the rig was restarted. In short, you restarted the rig, waited a couple of hours to get some decent stats and took a snapshot to pretend nothing ever happened.
I truly don't care that your rig performs at the posted speed a day after my contract ended, it really only means you fixed the problem since! My graph shows that I got 1.8Mhs and paid for 2.5Mhs, you only had to reply to emails and check your rig. You also had the option to compensate me for the discrepancy but clearly customer services isn't your strong point.
Regarding the pools, maybe.. who knows... had you been replying to emails and supporting your rig then maybe we could have reached that conclusion. You can't just pretend that this was the problem a day after the fact and not back it up.
To anyone wanting to lease this rig, find another provider, a lot of owners stand behind their rigs, keep logs and monitors their hardware.. This owner doesn't do any of that, doesn't answer to emails and doesn't compensate or issue refunds if anything goes wrong. He'll send you partial screenshots of the rig after he's restarted and fixed it.
My advice, move on the the next one on the rigs list, it's not worth risking your money.

rented for 6 hours, speed was never what i have paid for.
2 hours before my time is over rig is dead and not mining anymore!
waiting for a refund .... please no extend time it is not worth
don't waste your money with this rig!

renting time over. rig was down for more than 2 hours, no contact from owner. no reply to my message. no refund....
Stay away worst renting experience ever!

Rig keeps dipping at times ~600khash/s below rated speeds for unacceptable periods of time, and has now been offline at least twice that I have noticed during my current contract which was renewed since the first contract it ran pretty good besides dips for a few minutes every now and then. Right now its been off for over an hour this time alone since I noticed it was offline.
Also I can confirm that the rate dipping problem is not from my pool as I have over 15 rigs rented right now all going to the same pool and none of them have a similar problem at all.

Just rented your rig for an hour and it isn't responding. I looked at your reputation thread after I rented and wish that I hadn't rented. You should actually do something this time about your rig. This isn't cool. I expect a refund!

Please open a support ticket after compensating each of the renters below. To have your rig re-enabled for renting.   I have now spent majority of my contract with the rig offline.
